My Practice

I intentionally treat every person as an individual with their own unique journey, truths & experiences. I believe that we all possess innate wisdom but sometimes we disconnect from it. My approach focuses on understanding the whole person—mind, body, and spiritual connections. And helping you recover & become your most authentic self! 


My diverse experience includes working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, engaging with individuals, couples, groups, professionals, and providing community education.  


My training encompasses a wide range of modalities, including but not limited to: Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, DBT, CBT, REBT, CAM, Imago & Play therapy, Personality Disorders, Transpersonal, Somatic Experiencing & various approaches for Attachment Wounds, Addictions, including Eating Disorders & Trauma Informed Therapy. 


I am also trained in diverse Meditation, Mindfulness & Energetic, Higher Brain; Consciousness techniques.  


Since 2018, I have been practicing AF-EMDR, which I have found to be one of the most effective methods for helping clients heal and rediscover their true selves 🫶
